Argon welder wanted in Quay County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Quay County, New Mexico. You will work at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Your main tasks: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run We offer $220 per day plus benefits.
