Floor screeder wanted in Lake and Peninsula Borough

Great opportunity: we are hiring a floor screeder in Lake and Peninsula Borough, Alaska. You will be based on a road and bridge project. On a typical shift you will strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
