Immediate opening: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Tioga County, New York. Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Strong attention to safety and load limits Day to day you will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
