Catering cook • Glascock County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Glascock County, Georgia. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Performance bonus on top of base pay.
