Kitchen steward wanted in Western Connecticut Planning Region

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Western Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 4+ years on the tools preferred.
