You will measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided.
