Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in City of Norfolk, Virginia. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Meals and transport allowance provided.
