On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Overtime paid at a premium rate.
