Great opportunity: concrete finisher (Florida)

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Jefferson County, Florida. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. The role involves strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
