Lifting rigger wanted in Ards and North Down

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Ards and North Down, Northern Ireland. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket On the job you will handle: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
