Join our team: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Shawano County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a spray booth. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand You will blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
