Concrete placer — Faulk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete placer in Faulk County, South Dakota. You will work on a high-rise slab pour. You will fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
