Day to day you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
