Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Allen Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Your main tasks: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square 1+ years on the tools preferred.
