Kitchenhand wanted in Perkins County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Perkins County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Performance bonus on top of base pay.
