Immediate opening: meat trimmer (North Dakota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Dickey County, North Dakota. The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
