Sand plant operator wanted in Glacier County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Glacier County, Montana. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. Day to day you will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. You should have: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
