CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Baltimore County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Baltimore County, Maryland. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Able to grind and set HSS cutters On the job you will handle: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
