Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Itawamba County, Mississippi. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
