Powder coating sprayer • Warren County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Warren County, Illinois. You will work at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
