Catering cook — Catron County

Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Catron County, New Mexico. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
