Grill cook wanted in Somerset County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Somerset County, Maryland. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
