Now hiring: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Koko-Besse, Kebbi State. You will be based in a natural stone fabrication unit. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone The role involves: • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
