Ideal candidate: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately Your main tasks: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
