Catering cook • Lewis and Clark County, Montana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Lewis and Clark County, Montana. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred.
