Grill cook wanted in Burke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Burke County, North Dakota. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
