We are recruiting: back-of-house cleaner (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Borough of Thurrock, England. On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around £1,700 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
