The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
