Powder coating sprayer wanted in Fayette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 1+ years on the tools preferred.
