Now hiring: cake decorator (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Bladen County, North Carolina. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
