Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium installer in Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska. You will be based on a residential building site. What we are looking for: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines Day to day you will crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
