Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Part-time with flexible hours.
