Quality control inspector — Santa Cruz County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Santa Cruz County, California. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges You will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $180 per day plus benefits.
