We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Harlan County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience.
