Construction helper — Lake of the Woods County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a construction helper in Lake of the Woods County, Minnesota. You will work on a road and bridge project. You should have: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Day to day you will set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
