Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Newport, Wales. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Part-time with flexible hours.
