Production welder wanted in Live Oak County

Join our team: we are hiring a production welder in Live Oak County, Texas. The job is at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
