Press shop operator wanted in Green County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press shop operator in Green County, Kentucky. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Full-time with occasional weekends.
