Packing operative • Newport County, Rhode Island

We are recruiting: we are hiring a packing operative in Newport County, Rhode Island. The job is at a warehouse dispatch bay. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling Day to day you will wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; strap and band pallets ready for loading; seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
