Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Ransom County, North Dakota. The job is at a commercial fleet workshop. Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench On a typical shift you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
