Great opportunity: site carpenter (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Pierce County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work $15 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
