Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
