Aluminium fabricator — Menard County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium fabricator in Menard County, Illinois. You will be based in a glazing and curtain wall company. On the job you will handle: • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
