Day-to-day duties: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker Ideal candidate: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
