Immediate opening: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Kearney County, Nebraska. You will work at a precast concrete yard. You will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Strong attention to safety and load limits Full-time with occasional weekends.
