Short order cook wanted in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, Alaska. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Six days a week, one day off.
