Kitchen steward • Bayo, Borno State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Bayo, Borno State. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
