Stone mason wanted in Orleans County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stone mason in Orleans County, New York. You will be based on a residential building site. On a typical shift you will restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
