Immediate opening: reinforcement steel fixer (Benue State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Okpokwu, Benue State. What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Day-to-day duties: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length 4+ years on the tools preferred.
