You should have: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination On a typical shift you will weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
